山东大学是一所历史悠久、学科齐全、学术实力雄厚、办学特色鲜明，在国内外具有重要影响的教育部直属重点综合性大学，是国家“211工程”和“985工程”重点建设的高水平大学之一。学校拥有博士后流动站41个，现在站博士后1300余人。为加强博士后创新能力建设，进一步提高博士后国际化水平，吸引外籍和有留学经历的优秀博士毕业生来我校从事博士后研究工作，我校实施博士后国际交流计划，面向海外公开招收优秀博士后研究人员，对优秀的外籍和留学博士来校从事博士后研究进行专项资助。

一、招收条件

山东大学优秀海外博士后引进项目分A、B两类。

1、年龄不超过35周岁。

2、近三年内在海外世界知名高校或科研机构获得博士学位，以及学校急需专业引进的外籍博士。其中申报A类人员必须是在国外（境外）世界排名前100名的高校获得博士学位。

3、在读博士期间取得突出的研究成果。

4、能保证在山东大学连续从事博士后研究工作不少于21个月。

二、资助等级

获得A类资助的博士后人员，每人每年资助30万元。其中每年 20万元基础待遇（含生活开支、各类补贴、医疗保险、往返国际旅费等），按月发放；每年10万业绩津贴，按考核结果发放。资助期限为2年。

获得B类资助的博士后人员，学校每人每年资助13万元人民币（含生活开支、各类补贴、医疗保险、往返国际旅费等），按月发放；合作导师提供配套绩效奖励5万元人民币,按考核结果发放。资助期限为2年。

四、申报材料要求

1、《山东大学优秀海外博士引进项目申请表》（附件2）一式3份，左侧装订。

2、佐证材料1份，包括：有效身份证明复印件、博士学位证书复印件、科研学术类奖励或专利证书复印件、重要的学术称号或荣誉称号证书复印件、学术专著的版权页或重要学术论文的期刊封面及论文复印件等。

Shandong University Overseas Postdoctoral Recruitment

ShandongUniversity, under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education, is a key comprehensive university with a long history and a variety of disciplines. ShandongUniversity is a member university of Project 211 and Project 985, two national key construction projects to support the development of high-quality universities. The school has 41 postdoctoral mobile stations. In order to strengthen the postdoctoral innovation ability, further improve the school’s internationalization, and attract experienced outstanding overseas doctors, ShandongUniversity has established a postdoctoral international exchange program to fund the outstanding overseas postdoctoral fellows to do their research in ShandongUniversity.

Requirements for applicants:

The Postdoctoral International Exchange Program involves two types：Type A and Type B. Those who apply for the program should meet the following requirements:

Aged under 35

Having obtained a doctoral degree issued by world famous universities or research institutes in the recent three years, or overseas doctors whose majors are badly needed by the school. Those who apply for Type A of the program must have the doctoral degree from the universities which are ranked Top 100 in world university ranking.

Having outstanding research achievements when studying for doctor degree.

Able to guarantee the consecutive research in ShandongUniversity for no less than 21 months.

Benefits:

Type A of the postdoctoral fellowship will be funded annually with 300,000 RMB, which includes 200,000 RMB for maintenance allowance, covering living expenditure, medical insurance, international traveling expenses (a round-trip),paid monthly and 100,000 RMB for performance allowance, which will be paid according to the annual assessment. The funding will last for a period of two years

Type B of the postdoctoral fellowship will be funded annually with 130,000 RMB covering living expenditure, medical insurance, international traveling expenses (a round-trip), paid monthly. Besides, the cooperative supervisors will provide 50,000 RMB as performance allowance, which will be paid according to the annual assessment. The funding will last for a period of two years.

Candidates should submit 3 copies of the application forms.

Candidates should submit 1 copy of supporting materials including: ID or passport, certificate of degrees, research and academic awards or patents, major academic titles and honors, colophon page of academic monographs and published academic journals with cover pages.
