二、 导师介绍

合作导师（浙江大学）：盛况，浙江大学求是特聘教授，博士生导师，国家杰出青年基金获得者，长江学者，中组部万人计划获得者。盛况教授长期从事硅基和宽禁带功率芯片、封装及应用研究，包括芯片设计与工艺、器件封装与测试以及在智能电网、新能源汽车、工业电机等领域中的应用。相关的成果在国际顶级学术期刊发表论文200余篇，引用次数2000次以上，获授权专利20余项（40余项申请中），获得国家技术发明二等奖、浙江省自然科学二等奖各一项。

合作导师（剑桥大学）：Florin Udrea, 剑桥大学教授，英国皇家工程院院士，并于2012年获得皇家工程院银质奖章（The Royal Academy of Engineering Silver Medal）。Florin Udrea教授的研究方向包括：功率芯片、宽禁带半导体材料和芯片、微型传感器和MEMS。Florin Udrea教授已获发明专利70余项，在国际顶级期刊和会议上发表论文300余篇，联合创立了三家科技公司将研究成果推向了市场。

联合招收博士后工作计划：共两年，结合剑桥大学和浙江大学在宽禁带半导体功率芯片方面的优势，第一年在剑桥大学，研究突破宽禁带半导体芯片一维单极型极限的新型结构，探索其电场调控机制与通流能力的影响因子。第二年在浙江大学，开发制备出基于新结构的高耐压高通流能力的功率芯片。完成相关研究的论文撰写并在高水平期刊上发表。

三、岗位要求

2. 近三年获得国内C9高校或第四轮学科评估A+学科或海外顶尖大学的博士学位（含应届毕业生）；

3. 具有良好的学术表现及学术发展潜力，未来有志于到浙江大学从事教学科研工作；

四、应聘程序

发送个人简历（包括个人基本信息、学习工作经历、参与科研项目、科研成果），代表性论文以及其它能证明科研能力的材料。电气工程学院将成立面试小组，综合评估应聘者水平及能力，经双方导师和院系通过后报浙江大学审批。经学校批准录用人员，须登录中国博士后网注册，并按浙江大学博士后进站程序办理进站。

五、工作方式及待遇

入选者在双方合作导师指导下开展研究工作，根据浙江大学博士后管理工作规定完成相应的考核，完成研究工作并达到电气工程学科的博士后出站要求后办理出站。在海外合作发表的学术论文及其他成果可认定为出站成果，鼓励入选者与剑桥大学高水平研究人员和合作教授联合发表文章，第一署名单位及排名不计先后。

项目资助期为2年。学校给予每人20万元/年的资助，在赴剑桥大学工作期间，学校再给予每人10万元/年补充资助，其他补充资助视情况再定。入选者在资助期内享受学校学科博士后相关福利。

六.其他

1．入选者2年资助期结束时，应及时办理出站。如确因科研工作需要，申请延期出站的，应提前一个月向人事处报批，延长期间的费用由合作导师负责筹集。

2．入选者在聘期内学术能力和业绩表现优秀者，出站后可申请学校“百人计划”或特聘研究员岗位，进入浙江大学预聘轨师资队伍。

Joint Postdoctoral Fellowship Program: Zhejiang University College of Electrical Engineering and University of Cambridge Department of Engineering

Zhejiang University College of Electrical Engineering and University of Cambridge Department of Engineering have established a joint postdoctoral fellowship program. We invite highly qualified candidates for 1 postdoctoral research position in wide bandgap semiconductor power device.

I. Position

Research Area: Wide bandgap semiconductor based high performance power device

Supervisor at Zhejiang University:

Kuang Sheng is a Qiushi Distinguished Professor and PhD supervisor of Zhejiang University. He is the Changjiang Distinguished Professor and the first recipient of NSFC for Distinguished Young Scholars in power electronics. He received the honor of being scientific and technological innovation leader in National High-level Personnel of Special Support Program (The Ten-Thousand Talents Program). His main research interests are in power electronics devices, packaging as well as its applications in smart grids, new energy vehicles, industrial motor, etc.

Supervisor at University of Cambridge：

Florin Udrea is a professor of University of Cambridge, Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, and has won the Royal Academy of Engineering Silver Medal in 2012. His research interest includes: power devices, wide bandgap materials and devices, micro-sensors and MEMS. Prof. Florin Udrea is an inventor of over 70 patents and has over 300 publications in journals and international conferences. He is also the co-founder of three spin-off companies.

Joint Research Program (Tentative Schedule):

The program will sponsor the successful candidate for two years, in combining strengths of Zhejiang University and University of Cambridge in wide bandgap semiconductor power device.

Year 1: Successful candidates are required to research, in University of Cambridge, new structures that can break the 1D unipolar limit of wide bandgap semiconductor devices, including investigating the mechanism of device electric field distribution and factors that affect device current conduction capability.

Year 2: Successful candidates after returning to Zhejiang University should develop and fabricate high voltage and high current power devices that are based on the new structure.

He/she should also publish high-quality research papers in top journals.

Ⅱ. Eligibility

1. Applicants should be under 30 years old, of good moral character, and in good health.

2. Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree (including fresh graduates) obtained within the past three years from domestic C9 universities, or from “A plus” disciplines of the fourth round of national discipline assessment by China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center, or from top overseas universities.

3. Applicants should have good academic performance and research capability, keen on teaching and research positions at Zhejiang University in the future.

4. Applicants should be diligent, active, and responsible, and have a good spirit of teamwork.

Ⅲ. Application Procedures

For application please send a resume (including basic personal information, education and work experiences, participation in research projects, publication list, etc) via email to the contact person listed below. An interview will be given by the recruitment committee of the College of Electrical Engineering to evaluate comprehensively candidate’s research and academic performance. Upon successful application, the selected candidates shall finish the registration procedures as required and will be subject to the management of Zhejiang University.

Ⅳ. Assessment and Funding

The selected candidates will carry out research work under the guidance of supervisors of both universities. The candidates shall fulfill the corresponding assessments according to the post-doctoral management regulations of Zhejiang University, complete the research work, and reach the post-doctoral requirements of Electrical Engineering. The selected candidates are encouraged to jointly publish articles with professors at University of Cambridge. Academic papers and other achievements published together with professors at University of Cambridge can be regarded as the achievements of the postdoctoral program.

The successful candidates will be funded for two years, with full salary of￥200,000/year from Zhejiang University. An additional grant of ￥100,000 will be provided by Zhejiang University during the first year at University of Cambridge. Successful candidates could also enjoy other benefits offered by Zhejiang University for its postdoctoral fellows.

Ⅴ. Others

1. Successful candidates should finish the research work within the 2-year funding period. Application for extension as needed by research shall be submitted one month before expiration date. The expenses shall be covered by the ZJU supervisor during the extension.

2. Outstanding selected candidates may apply for the “Hundred Talents Program” or “Distinguished Research Fellow” (ZJU tenure track positions) upon completion of the program.
